[b][i][u]Boom.[/u][/i][/b]
[b]Above the Dojo in high orbit, the [i]Eclipse[/i] floats silently in the void. Lights begin to turn on, portals begin opening in its hull, and along its sides the MACs begin to cycle up. Inside its hangars, dropships full of Marines begin to lift off inside the hangar.
In the bridge, First Officer Mike Heneke turns to TAC Officer Susan Wolf.[/b]
"Directive 37 is in effect as of now. Begin the first wave."
"Yes ma'am."
[b]The order is passed down to the pilots of the dropships, and soon 30 dropships each carrying a thousand Marines in full battle armor launch into the atmosphere.[/b]
[u]On the Surface....[/u]
[b]Shadow points upwards while a crooked smile grows.[/b]
"Boom."
[b]Overhead, a barrage of sonic booms blast through the air as the dropships begin to descend all around the Dojo, protected by their impeller wedges*
Armored Marines begin to spill out as soon as the transports near the ground, some climbing into 20-to-30 foot mechanical battle titans while others begin the main assault.[/b]

[b]The Titan's servos protest as he fights back, and you find yourself slammed into the ground, the Titan having thrown you off with his other hand.[/b]

[b]Tesuto quickly slashes across the Titans chest, and then jumps up, where he impales it.[/b]

[b]The Titan blocks it with his sword, kicking you back.[/b]

[b]Since Tesuto already has his sword...he continues to impale him...[/b] [spoiler]ok. If this is just one grunt of 1000 then that's ridiculous![/spoiler]

[spoiler]Its called overkill. But yea, they aren't this good.[/spoiler] [b]He falls to (now) your blade. Looking about you can see Titans and Marines overwhelming the defenses.[/b]

[b]Tesuto decides to screw it. He stabs the Titan and splits him vertically. He pulls out his two blades and attempts to find the leaders of the invading force [/b]

[b]The dropships are on the far side of the army, only 5 are close enough to consider attacking. To your left, you can see a large electric dome where inside are two figures pounding at each other. High above you, the [i]Eclipse[/i] continues to occasionally fire their MACs down upon the battlefield.[/b]

[b]Tesuto runs over to the dome to investigate [/b]

[b]A figure in golden armor is pounding a figure wrapped in mist into the ground. The dome of electricity prevents entry.[/b]

[b]Tesuto cracks his neck[/b] Well...this seems important. [b]Tesuto lifts his blade above the shield. And the blade begins absorbing its energy.[/b]

[b]The drain has almost no effect on the dome other than releasing a blast of electricity that blows Tesuto off his feet.[/b] [spoiler]Not your fight. You will get your chance soon. Probably going to make a new post soon.[/spoiler]

[b]lego snipes some of the marines with his 50. Cal slim Assault rifle.[/b]

[b]Several Marine snipers take notice and begin to return fire, their rail guns blowing away the area about you.[/b]

[b]one hits me is the head I get blown back and fall off the battlements perfectly fine Rushes off to the artillery bay.[/b]

[b]They begin to take out the turrets on the walls, the iron-alloy rounds accelerated to supersonic speeds blasting away the defenses one by one.[/b]

[b]gorgons orbitally bombard the troops and snipers[/b]

[b]As the gorgons begin to warm up to fire, the [i]Eclipse[/i] detects them and begins to destroy them, energy cannons blasting away the orbiting defenses.[/b]

[b]Medusa's stare, the most powerful gorgon shoots at the ship with the force of a focused ICBM blast[/b]

[b]The ship simply absorbs the energy of the blast through its shields. Targeting the gorgon, it blows it out of space with a energy cannon. The ship continues to scan space and the battle for more targets.[/b]

They return fire with their anit-armor depleted uranium rounds.[/b]

OKAY, THAT CAN BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT! *My sword becomes a battle axe as I dissolve into the ground.* *I reform in the center of the most dense Marine collections, and spin around with it, taking out multiple Marines at once* *flames come off the axe while spinning, tracking those farther away* *cycle is repeated*

[b]The Marines' reactive armor deflects your blade as they activate their thrusters and leap away. The flames have no effect on them, their armor completely encasing them. They return fire even as they land.[/b]

*dissolves into the ground and waits* Dammit
