Anyone Else think the Taken armor looks terrible?
I mean, I thought the character customization in this game was horrible from day one, but this new update didn't make it any better. Just look at that taken armor. It looks horrible. That's the best Bungie's got? I guess I shouldn't be surprised. They're not the most creative people in the world.
On the other hand, Spektar Armor looks pretty cool. It would be better if I had more than one chance a week to get it, or I have to pay money for it. When Bungie said they were adding new armor, I thought they'd actually add more than one set of armor. But nope, it's just another way for us to have to buy something if we want it. Same old Bungie.
That's my rant. Anyone else think taken armor is disgusting?

6 RepliesYou can get new versions of all the vendor gear. I got a chest piece from ranking up with future war cult earlier and it was called spektar lines vest or something like that. It was a future war cult chest piece but it dropped at 312 and you can put the chromas on it. All the factions and leaders packages are dropping worthy gear on top of an increase to rep gains all around. If not for a main then fuel for an alternate. The post game rewards from doing Poe at either level are also worthy. I was seeing anywhere between 300-320 blue pieces dropping not including whatever legendaries and or exotics were dropping.
