Light level no longer matters. Bungie gave the scrubs 47 different ways to reach max light while also making it very easy. Being 335 will mean nothing and it will be hard to know how good a player is with a particular encounter. In the past you needed to do end game content to reach max light, now you just need to own the game to reach max light.

That's not true. Very few reached max level Year One. You only think everyone did because of the small amount of players on here and that you encounter. Over 25 million purchased the game, you have seen hundreds of people, if that.

I think Bungie wants everyone to level up quickly in preservation for the fall expansion.

All the ways to get 335 ate end game such as CoO, PoE, Heroic Strikes, Raid, IB, ToO, Nightfall, Shax's bounties. That's all endgame man.

Call it and whoever what you want. In the end, the developers called it end game. Mad about it? You'll get over it. You're probably not that good a player if you honestly think light had matter. Before the update anything could have been completed at 310.
