Dreg's Promise

So I got this exotic sidearm Dreg's Promise from CotE. I unlocked all nodes and fully upgraded it. But it still shows that green bar on the thumbnail which means that it is not fully upgraded. Is it a glitch?

Mine does the same. My black spindle did this too, but I think it's OK now. Apparently the necrocasm does this. Still haven't got that damned crux to find out.
