You need to be at least 310, people don't realize the damage differential. And if you're still asking for 315+ then you're a sad little soul who's soaking all the fun out of newly raiders who want a challenge. We argue how easy this game gets so why not have a couple 305s doing hard mode to make it more challenging and force one another to work with each other. And then there's the people who ask for 320+ who are cancer to this community. Those are the people who ask newly college grads for at least 5 years of experience on their resumes.

Don't assume every raid is a learning experience for new players. Find groups with sherpa if you need that. Some people are just trying to get through it.

Not everyone wants to go thru the learning curve/growing pains of a fireteam member learning a new raid after already putting the time in to learn it themselves. There's nothing wrong with that.

Not wrong, but a little contradictory. You point out that you need to be at least 310 to even be useful, but then say it's alright for pre-310's to join. I don't disagree, just showing the flaws in your argument.

You dont NEED to be 310. Although, I would say i'd prefer that for an average gamer. My first HM was on Oryx challenge, i was 308. Buuuuut i was also the runner & im really fast at it so i guess it could be an exception.

When hard first came out we beat it with the highest member being 305 it wasn't that bad
