Your response doesn't even make sense. The word [u]clearly[/u] represents an absolute. This means without a doubt and for fact. If at 80 it is a fact they know what they are doing, where is the absolute number where it becomes statistically impossible for them to not know what they are doing? Then you follow up clearly with "highly unlikely". This means that it's not an absolute. So, which is it?
