320 is now what 310 was before
325=315 has always been a common requirement and there really isn't any excuse to not have it.
You can be 325 in less then 5 hours of playing.

So... I can be 3 light levels over that needed to kill the last boss and suffer no downfalls but that extra 2 light really matters? This community is stupid.

325 =/= 315 when the enemies are the exact same light level as before. Nothing has changed in the raid besides the drops.

No it has not. Warpriest is still 300, Golgoroth is still 310, Oryx is still 320.
