If they are posting a sherpa run on normal, they will most likely add that to their post. Most people just want to get the raid done. Or they got their 7 completions doing the raid early on when it came out, and strategies have changed (especially for oryx). They may have never done challenges. Someone who have 50+ completions you can assume has done all this.
