The problem is that now we have people who are at 315 with never having done the raid. So now we are gonna have everyone at the appropriate light, with less than a quarter of the community (i think that's what it was) that has finished hard mode and done the oryx challenge.

Exactly, so I can require my fireteam to be any light I want as long as I'm that light or higher

I was thinking about raiding again so i hope you dont mind this question. Have they changed the rewards for hm or cm at all or are they still pointless and i should stick with norm?

Definitely raid, I went in at 322 and left the raid at 330, the hard rewards can drop up to 335, but that depends on your light, every hard mode drop I got was higher than my overall light, every normal drop was at the max 320.

So it sounds like the purpose of hm and cm is still just higher light. If im not missing out on any cool loot then il just stick with norm but thanks for answering.
