Raid completions! Let's be honest!
Let's all be honest and it will save a lot of headaches. If you have a high light level due to PoE or some PVP or however you obtained it. Just tell everyone before you go into the raid if you haven't completed it or don't no a certain part. You will save a lot of agony if your honest. Know one wants to wipe 6 times on totems because you don't have a clue what you are doing. 90% of people are willing to help if you just ask. And the 10% that don't. You wouldn't want to play with them for an hour anyways and will be miserable. Do us all a favor and be honest on LFG or in orbit and people will guide you along the way. 5 minutes of run through before you start a new checkpoint is a lot faster then 3 hours of wipes because you don't know what counter clockwise is. But if you just plain die because your throwing nova bombs across the map and not using self Rez on your first time. Then I might ask you kindly to back out.
TLDR: be honest, I don't believe light level anymore.

I've done hard Crota and VoG like 20+ times each but Kings fall just doesn't appeal to me. I did normal mode twice and still have yet to do hard mode. I've relied solely on trials and iron banner to get my light level up. I was always more of a crucible player anyways, but this new CoE doesn't take long and drops very high leveled gear. That along with faction packages and exotic engrams, I don't think I'll have a problem getting a high light level at all anymore without the raid.

When I invite some one in my fireteam, I check grimoire as a reference.

2 RepliesI have done parts of kings fall several times when invited. I always tell the group I don't know what to do since I still haven't actually completed anything including totems. Groups are always helpful, but I take the time to listen and do exactly what they tell me to do. Never finished a raid before last night when a group randomly took me through both crota and vault of glass. Never watched a video, just listened to what they said to do and had an amazing time. I'm guessing kings fall will be similar soon. Then even I can complete it.
