Edit: Seems that if someone voted it's stupid, it's because the time of exclusives take to get to Xbox is so long.

I can see why it's been done with Sony paying money for new content and that's more than likely a binding contract... I'm a ps4 player and dont see the need for it, most of the time by the time Xbox gets the weapons they have been nerfed into the ground which is a shame...bungie will be tied though so not much they can do.
