Tower Vendors are not displaying their wares on 'My Legend" (Bungie.net)
Some display some of the items on offer, others show no items. For example, Vanguard Quartermaster displays blue Sparrows only, Dead Orbit lists donations, and Titan Vanguard lists green armors
