5 RepliesIslam has a fundamental problem with violence and radicalization and is not the religion of peace. How can they be the religion of peace with Sharia law and making up 90+% of all terrorist attacks in the world. Why is this happening? Its simply because in its entire history it has never had a single unifying body that can make the religion go through a reformation. Christianity had two and through those the barbaric practices, that mainly came from old cultural traditions rather than the bible, stopped. Christianity turned to the bible rather than keeping old traditions of law or practices that were simply cultural traditions (examples like crucifixion for criminals, something obviously vilified by the bible yet still practiced because of Roman descendants ). If Islam were to go through something similar i predict way less radicalization would happen. It would not be overnight but it is possible.
