so, when i first joined Dead Orbit after TTK i saved up and bought Hung Jury SR4. we all know this gun. main focus is FireFly and TripleTap perks. well a buddy of mine went and bought it from DO last night, and it wasnt even close to the same gun. the best perk on it was potential health regen i think. it didnt have FireFly or TripleTap on it. in essence it was a generic Scout Rifle with good stability. WTF, i looked everywhere on the internet to find out what happened but there isnt a single word about any changes. honestly, why even bother changing the gun? if you didnt like the way it was then remove it from the menu, dont alter it to be a different gun and still call it HungJury SR4 because it isnt.
**edit** (hung jury issue has already been cleared up)
second topic. with the news from microsoft about the future plans of cross platform gaming, it makes me curious, is this in the future of destiny? i would love it and given what kind of game studio Bungie is, im inclined to believe that you will implement it into your game. i personally have a PS4, only because a great friend gave me one (he even signed it) and while i do love it and like playing destiny on it, i came from XBox 360, and most of my gaming friends play on either 360 or XBone. so forgive me if i hold a glimmer of hope that destiny will become cross platform capable, and i wont have to go out and buy a gaming console that i dont want just because my friends are on it. as well as a 3rd copy of destiny for it.

Edited by Daemon Jaeger13: 4/23/2016 6:02:47 AMI think cross platform would be great, but I don't think sony would ever go for it. Lately it seems sony has a vendetta against microsoft...of course it could just be business. Bigger problem I see with it is more master race bs...and further dividing the gaming community as a whole. As for hung jury...well they did warn that vender rolls would change.

Bungie updated all vendor rolls with the April update, so all vendor weapons have a different roll now
-
I would love to see ps4 vs xbone. I play xbone and bought destiny on ps4. Crucible was a joke. Xbox is leagues more competitive than ps.
-
I seriously hope cross platform happens. I play on Xbox and have a lot of friends on ps4

i have the legacy HungJury SR4, but ill tell my buddy to look at gunsmith for possibility. also, to those claiming balance issues between PS4 and Xbone dont know any better. the guns arent simply better, just different. Bungie has always been keen on fair balance, hence the nerf to Hawkmoon and Thorn. also, sorry, i guess i missed the vendor changes to perk rolls. i just noticed that packages could now roll up to 320. as far as PC players. sure there would be balance issues there. but thats nothing that cant be worked around, like server/shard choices. and besides. i think the benefits to cross platform far outweigh the "balance" issue. id be far happier being able to play with all my friends regardless of console, that and i dont really care much about PvP, im a PvE kinda guy, so i guess my views are a bit bias

Err, Bungie announced the changes to vender items. Don't claim there was no info on this. Also only the rolls on the hung jury sr4 changed, why on earth would they change the name of the GUN because of the PERKS? It's not an exotic. Smh Cross platform? Too many balancing issues as it is, with the exclusives PS has, whining would hit an all time high.

Try buying an omolon from the gun smith they almost always seem to have firefly on them

Edited by Sanctus Michael: 4/22/2016 11:52:29 AMPS exclusives as it is now doesn't affect xbox players because in the xbox world, no one has it. Making this game cross platform gives PS players an advantage in terms of weapons, for example, we don't have Zen Meteor. Sorry, but no.

Edited by BearShare02: 4/23/2016 1:46:13 AMCheck my Warlock/Titan. Triple tap is pointless.

When the April update come out all the perks on every vender weapon changed It was known before hand this would happen

Quite possible the dumbest poll I've seen. One topic at a time, buddy.
