12 RepliesI recognise some of his songs. And on the news it keeps telling me he made a massive contribution to pop and influenced it drastically but it never tells me how or why. At the moment I am at a loss as to why he was more important than other people in pop and I wish they would explain it better but atm it just sounds like typical media hype. Always referencing his weird behaviour but not the music. Does anyone here know why he was so influential?.
