Legacy Engram?
Hey, guys. I have bought a Chest Armor Legacy Engram from Xur last night. It turned out to be a lvl 160 item. So I m wondering if Legacy Engram only be decrypted into a bit low level item (Year 1?)?

If you're collecting year 1 exotics at year 1 level. Legacy engrams will give you only those. But if you are not, don't waste your strange coins.
