I think the better way to go about it would be decrease all melee ranges for everyone. Throwing knife should be only one with range. Blink strike should just be a super fast normal melee and warlocks, well let's just say anyone who says warlocks aren't the most powerful class don't know anything about crucible. You ever seen someone killed with the increased range thunder strike? It's insane.....
