Using this logic, I could say that I have an apple. We will say that you don't have an apple.
If I said "I have an apple and know tons of people with apples, so I know more about apples than you," this could be true, but not in every scenario. What if who you are talking to is a scientist (we will assume that she is female as to not offend you) that studies apples that she doesn't have based on the look of the apple and how it affects things around it, she could potentially know more about the apple than someone with one (me).
