? Titans are balanced and supposed to 'hit fkin hard at close range''? Are they also supposed to be the fastest class in the game, infinitely out pacing hunters? So just to clarify balance for titans mean, they get a one shot melee that locks onto enemies for you that has no cooldown. They are the fastest class in the game, infinitely faster then hunters. And on top of that don't have glaring weaknesses in nades or supers etc.
