Who made the best Halo games?

The community was at its strongest back then, and the story was basic enough that the average gamer could understand. The community is mainly what made Halo thrive, and the fact you could easily make new friends just by playing a MP match for one game. Also, custom games of Bungie's Halo's were as fun as ever. 343i was and is slowly losing the community. But the new community within the Halo series now hardly interacts with each other, at least in a positive way. Also, they complain quite a bit rather than give constructive criticism that the game desperately needs. Multiplayer for Halo 5 is solid, aside from how fast paced it became in comparison to its predecessors (Halo 2 & Halo 3). The new story is a bit differently done from past Halo's, and some will argue that they falsely advertised the story. Most people don't like micro transactions, but Halo followed most games by including them... Let's face it, most games now will have them. Custom games lacked infection at launch as well as forge. Luckily forge is as great as it's ever been, so when infection does drop... It should be interesting. Halo 3 had things such as Bungie vs World and 7 on the 7th, as well as things such as "Bungie favorites" which featured community screenshots, clips, maps, and game modes. The process of finding custom made maps in Halo 5 is tedious and annoying. Overall, it will be hard to compete with the older Halos due the the fact that if they were to bring it back to classic Halo, people would still complain because: 1.) it's 343i, not Bungie 2.) people will complain that Halo needs change even though change is what is killing the game.
