Is it actually a viable perk in crucible, or does the dmg count remain the same? I've tested it out a bit with (one of)my eyasluna and didn't notice a real difference in shots/kills. Does anybody know the current specifics on explosive rounds in PVP? Do they add significant dmg or flinch? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

It's good for clumped enemies especially if you throw a firebolt or arcbolt and then spam shots at s clump of enemies. Terrible for 1 on 1 duals, although it does cause a lot of screen shake for the person being shot. I ended up switching it off for pvp and on for pve. Tldr: less crit, more body shot, significant screen shake
