It's from the hyper-violent movie called Ichi the Killer.
It was featured on some of the promotional material. Ichi was spelt 1chi and the Yakuza (Japanese mafia types). Yakuza refers to the numbers in a poor card hand from a particular game and is referred to as "Good for nothing".
Poorly translated PSN = "Good for nothing #1"
I really liked the movie and it was hard to find something available.
