I practice this anyways, but what I hate is when I show up first, or join in waiting with a few other teammates, suddenly someone other than myself grab it as another teammate is still making their way over. Of course whoever grabbed runs off and I'm standing there getting emoted by the guy who was a little to late getting there.
I didn't pull it, I'm sorry!!!! It was the other guy! I swear :(

Had this happen twice yesterday and boy was I pissed as both times a wait of 1 or 2 seconds would have given the entire team Heavy Ammo and we would most probably have won the match!
