Digital Xbox 360 Download to Digital Xbox One
I got a digital download of Destiny for my Xbox 360 a few monthes ago and just recently got a Xbox one, I know that the 1st & 2nd expansions transfer from the 360 to xbox one but I was wondering if the base game transfers. I have read reviews saying it does and others saying it doesn't. If it does how do I go about downloading it on my Xbox one? Thanks.

Destiny the base game and The Taken King Expansion [b]will not transfer over for free.[/b] Only House of Wolves and The Dark Below will transfer over for free if you owned them on your previous console and use the same Xbox/PSN account.

It's no longer sold separately (digitally) on the Xbox marketplace. You need to get a hard copy. The vanilla destiny will only upgrade for free if bought digitally by 1am PST January 15th 2015.
