Make it possible to obtain the [i]Sparrow s-10[/i] (the first sparrow) without having to restart a character one of my three characters. If you didn't have it when 2.0 dropped, the kiosk will ask you to earn it but it is impossible so far. Easy fix idea right here, make it so you can use the [i]Spark of Light[/i] (item that jumps a new character to level 25) on any character no matter the level because from the looks of it, this item drops the [i]Sparrow s-10[/i].
