I think that the south was wrong and north victory was well earned!

The Civil War is a complicated subject. Yes slavery was an overlying cause, but not the only one. To say that the South was completely in the wrong is over simplifying as well. The North committed their share of atrocities, but these hardly come to light as people cry out, "but...but...slavery!!" There are questions left over from the war that have yet to be answered. Such as: Do states have the right to secede from the Union? Why was it okay +80 years previous to break bonds with a country over taxation and not +80 years afterward? Why do Northern POW camps get a break and the commanders of Southern camps get tried for war crimes even though the conditions were the same, if not worse in some cases up North?
