I've been playing destiny for a while, and honestly I've NEVER EVEN SEEN a girl in the game. Doing raids and what have you... Never seen one. So, I don't really know what it's like to play with one, but it shouldn't be a problem with anyone (unless they're a douche). Just don't be the anchor on the team and you should be kick-free.
