Boolean Gemini needs a buff!
Buff the exotic perk.
One way or another: Precision kills increase agility and armor by 1. Increases damage by 6.67%.
Lasts 10 seconds and stacks up to 3 times.
Inb4 someone says it is good enough as it is.

2 RepliesAll it needs are both perks merged into one. This thing is underwhelming that it's not even worth completing the quest. When I first got it, I was like "ok" but when I saw the perks, I was "😒". (Disappointed)
