No. While I would enjoy a Morty ghost (from Rick and Morty) there is no way that anyone should have to pay silver just for a different ghost voice. Added with the fact that you are implying pay to win because you get a special perk from the ghost you otherwise couldn't get anywhere else. And the fact that Bungie would have to hire a bunch of random famous people to voice the ghost does not help either. There no way Bungie would ever do that. They might mix it up and offer a girl and boy voice for Destiny 2, but that is probably it.
