I think most people are taking there time, getting the right builds with perks they like this time around. This is not like VOG, it's pretty easy to hit max light with this update. Being 335 is cool, but having reload gauntlets for the weapon I actually have equipped, 5/5/1 stats, etc. is a bit more tedious, but worth it ..... in my opinion.
