No, and I've spent my money.

I personally used up my xbox rewards and was able to open 10 Sterling Treasure packages. In addition to my free packages I've opened about 20 and have only received one Desolate item. How about everyone else?

Yeah, I've gotten a full Destolate set on my Titan without spending real cash. I've also gotten all Spektar items except the Chest Piece / Class Item, and the Taken Ship.
