No, and I've spent my money.

I personally used up my xbox rewards and was able to open 10 Sterling Treasure packages. In addition to my free packages I've opened about 20 and have only received one Desolate item. How about everyone else?

Well, after i talked a lot of shit about how long its taking to get a set, i finally pull a helmet out of this weeks postmaster sterling. Desolate set complete. Too bad its ugly as fk on the titan lol
