You might get lucky and get it from a crotas bane package. I doubt it though cuz it was sold by her in year 1.

No its not one of those shaders, it's a year 2 that's supposed to drop from strikes. I already have all 3 crota's bane shaders. (sunsetting is my favorite of those)
