Being May the 4th and all, what better way to end all debate on who shot first other than hearing from the actor who played Greedo himself?
and even Blake is a bit miffed that Greedo’s final moments were edited to make the poor Rodian seem even more incompetent at his job.
So there you have it conspiracy theorists, naysayers, and those too young to have ever seen the original Star Wars, pre-Lucasdelusional.

Edited by Sunsdune: 5/5/2016 11:07:40 AMNot trying to be argumentative , but what were all the smoke and sparks before Hans' blaster bolt in the theatrical version if Han shot first? I also grew up believing He had but Lucas has said that all of that was Greedo hitting the table but due to technical limitations at the time they couldn't get a shot that looked good so they had to crop it. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/george-lucas-star-wars-interview-288523 For proof 2nd question for those tl/dr Commented before reading the Chewbacca link. Interesting , never seen the original script before. Why would he change it if it was scripted that way originally?
