Rune Transfers Glitched?
I cannot Move Antinquated or Recriporocal Runes into my Vault
via both in-game Tower and App
Stolen Runes are moveable.
Bungie, did you break something again?

It is not glitched, charges runes cannot be transferred. Reciprocal don't need charging so that cannot be transferred and if your stolen or antiquated is fully charge you also cannot transfer them.
