Will you purchase overwatch at its launch price on console, when it's cheaper on PC?
I'm enjoying the overwatch beta, but questioning the longevity of this game, obvious lack of content. The beta is the full game.
Yes overwatch is a fun game. Is it really worth $60 guys? Blizzard consider the base game is only worth $40 on PC. An extra $20 for a forced cosmetic skin on console. Why don't console have the choice?
I'll be waiting for a sale, can't pay full retail for a multiplayer only game with 13 maps, 3 game modes. It's not about money, all about principle. What say you?

Let's see.... Yes I will $230 (nzd) for the collectors, why would I pay that much though? Well let's face it blizzard make sure there collectors editions are limited, still to see anyone from Diablo 3 rocking the collectors wings and armour dyes. And as for it being a online multiplayer only game, most games done by blizzard are online multiplayer so yea no surprise there. Oh and why am I not getting it for my pc? Well if you have a spare 2k to send my way so I can upgrade it that would be sweet as bro, and plus all my friends and co-workers play on ps4 so there is that.... All in all mate we are all adults what we spend our hard earned cash on is what we want and no one can say otherwise.

It may be fun for many, but personally I think it would be a waste of money. The full game is the exact same as the beta without further updates and dlc. I wouldn't even spend half the cost of the game. The lack of content I feel the game should be free with microtransactions. Literally the only thing you can unlock is skins. Different colored people is not something I want to work towards in a game lacking content. They should lock characters, or have some kind of equipment upgrades like they did with battleborn. Playing the same game over and over is rather boring to me.[spoiler] This is just my personal opinion.[/spoiler]

$60 isn't much if I'm getting a lot of fun out of it. I've paid $60 for less content as well and all i play these days is multiplayer so this isn't even a problem to me.

I'll buy it, but I probably won't play the living shit out of it. The game will never get boring if I only play it once or twice a week. A lot of other people will probably play it for a week nonstop, and then say "this game gets boring fast!" Maybe if you took a break once in a while, you'd still enjoy it!

My friend is getting overwatch on console, and we gameshare. I'm getting it on PC because I feel like a controller just can't keep up with the fast pace of Overwatch, and the keyboard and mouse is just more comfortable for me.

I'm waiting for the 40$ version. Blizzard is making a smart move here, they let the players play the full game, making them feel like they already own it. But when they don't "own" it, they want to; thus making it so they will buy it on release.
