I think the Hive has the right mix of speed and power to have a solid defense and explosive offense. Ogre is clearly a defensive beast with knights making up the line. Thralls are fast and agile enough to be good safety's or wide receivers. Their claws could easily catch the ball. The explosive thralls would stop runners at the line. Adepts are clearly running backs. Simple north south running in the lanes that the Knights cleave through the defense. Then you have the witch as QB bringing on extra players to help open running lanes and protect the pocket.
