Buff the drop rate of year one weapons from vanguard and crucible packages... or better yet, make them purchasable using legendary marks with random rolls. Designate a kiosk to classic weapons, that would be cool. I have been grinding bounties/ patrol missions pretty relentlessly trying to get a Devil You Know... still absolutely no luck.
