When are cosmetic items getting a kiosk?
This goes for the racing gear (except the helm and class item), Festival of the Lost masks and sparrow horns (primarily).
When are we getting a kiosk/when will they be put in an existing kiosk?
[Note: the 'happy horn' is the only one in the sparrow kiosk]
[Note 2: the poll I made on this scored at 83% in favour of such kiosks last time I checked]

Could we get an admin to respond as to if it is even a though so we can make an educated decision to keep our items or toss them?

I agree. Especially festival of the lost. I understand you want to make the masks rare, but when you see someone wearing a cool mask you want, you can't get it until another 365 days, in which you will completely lose your hype for it by that time. At least include the masks in the fall package please. It is also annoying for people who want to fully beat Destiny and what it has to offer, but they can't because they are missing one mask to complete all the quests. The only thing they can do is wait for Halloween again or quit the game knowing you never truly completed Destiny. So please, consider adding these, similar to the SRL gear. Thank you for taking time to review this comment and please consider it, a lot of your fanbase wants it.
