The faction battles and exotic shop sound cool.
However a taken version of crota, vog and Skolas won't work, thematically speaking (with the forward direction of the story preventing it). But I would suggest a challenge mode of couse to reward the weapons and also maybe upgraded and infusable variants of the relevant armours.

Well a Taken King version of the raids should be fine actuily. Because you know how there are heroic versions of old story levels. But thanks for the compliment

Don't get me wrong though I would be happy to see them brought forward even made a post months ago. I just dont see them doing a full retool of them expect for a challenge mode (less effort would be needed to do this really). Just my thoughts though.

Different raid bosses for the vault and crota not sure

I wasn't talking about that. I meant just have the same raid only update it to lvl 40 and have the rewards at light lvl 310+
