Well a Taken King version of the raids should be fine actuily. Because you know how there are heroic versions of old story levels.

Don't get me wrong though I would be happy to see them brought forward even made a post months ago. I just dont see them doing a full retool of them expect for a challenge mode (less effort would be needed to do this really). Just my thoughts though.

Different raid bosses for the vault and crota not sure

I wasn't talking about that. I meant just have the same raid only update it to lvl 40 and have the rewards at light lvl 310+
