A couple months ago Redbox offered me a free game and I picked up halo 5 because, why not, and disappointedly beat it in one night. I thought it was gorgeous but I did not enjoy it. I've posted a review but suffice it to say I said it was a clunky game with a terrible story and one amazing section of levels. In the comments of that review I said that if I played MCC I'd upload my thoughts and opinions. Glad I did.
-Halo;Anniversary Edition-
This is the only halo I've played to completion as of this review on the master chief collection and right off the bat I already liked halo 1 more. Cortannas sassy banter with John was much more enjoyable than halo 5s characters (except for buck lolz obvs) and the game was genuinely challenging. Even on normal I had to reset a few times. The lack of a ads was jarring but I quickly preferred it,as it fits the quick fighting style halo goes for. The music is much more enjoyable that's a definite. And,the biggest thing for me, at no point in the game did I feel like I was playing filler. It was well made, enjoyable and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys shooters. 8/10 I don't remember who it was but thank you for suggesting MCC , well worth the time and... Pain of halo 5
