The core of it holds a miniature blight. When you shoot, the blight in the rocket launcher will turn white like it is weak. Stats: Velocity: 76 Reload: 49 Rate of Fire: 3 Blast Radius: 50 Stability: 40 Perks: [b]Tier 0[/b]: Void; Blighted Mine- The initial explosion will leave a blight that will suppress enemy abilities. Lasts for two seconds. [b]Tier 1[/b]: Warhead Verniers; Soft Launch; Hard Launch [b]Tier 2[/b]: Tracking [b]Tier 3[/b]: Quickdraw; Javelin; Speed Reload [b]Exotic[/b]: Choice Canceling Light- After one second, the blight will explode killing anyone within its radius. Channeling Light- The blight will tether enemies that are suppressed. Killing enemies that are tethered have a 15% chance to drop orbs of Light.
