Blink/Posession/Wind/Summon Rats/Dark Vision. They would have to do it perfectly. Abilities would easily be spammed with the current way Dishonored works. It would be an advanced Assassins Creed kind of thing, and PvP in that wasn't that great.

I think something like the outsider's trials DLC would work for PVP. 2 guys trying to assassinate an NPC first
