Why do Americans want to increase their military budget?
It's already so astronomically high it's not even funny, and it's not like any world power is threatening America.
So why do so many people seem to want to raise it, are they just ignorant or am I missing something here.

7 RepliesWe're unironically the world police, thus need to keep a worldly budget. Also another leading factor our population is the third largest in the world and we have a sizable budget to make a military based off the population count.
