The clanking of the death machines grew louder and closer, they were slow, methodical, repetitive.

"A brother... He's just dumb... Aaron." She laughs. "No... He's caring and nice..."
-
"Ah, yes. Brothers. I have one, believe me if I got the brains out of the equation, it's because he got the brawn. Dumb as a sack of rocks, but the man could damn well lift a bloody mountain." He smiles. "Love that boy. Anyone else close to you? Uncle, Aunt, ..?"
-
"My Aunt Ellie... She's the one we heard in the transmission. And my Uncle Ryker... He's amazing! You should see him... Both of them are just... Ugh." She's says with a smile.
-
"Cute couple, eh? Lucky pair, it sounds." He smiles. "I don't have any other family except for my brother. Even then, I still don't know where the fool is. Hopefully around someone smarter than him that'll tell him what to do." He chuckles. "Shouldn't be much farther now."
-
She laughs at his story. "I'm sure he's fine." She looks forward as he notes they should be arriving soon
Im off to bed
-
They arrive in a large room, very, very large. It was kilometers wide and long, like a whole city block. Tulleesh whistled. "Damn. Pretty intense."
okee, reply in the morning
-
Nevermind this is last one
She nods. "Really big room... What for do you think?"
-
"Hmm... by the looks of it, an arena of sorts. For really, really big things. Seems it was abandoned a while ago."
XD aight mang
-
"I don't like this... It's to open."
As Tre... Isn't responding... I'm just going to blend that plot into this post... Is that ok?
"We need to keep moving."
-
what do you mean?
He spots some searchlights in the distance, sweeping the sky. "Over there. I think that's the base we're looking for." He starts walking to it, still holding Monica.
-
Nevermind, I'll do it later. I was just going to integrate Ryker and Garret in but nevermind
She watches carefully around them as they go.
-
As they approach the outskirts of the base, they are intercepted by a patrol of Tempestus Scions, of the 7th Baltic Manticores regiment. "You there! Stop!" "Please, sirs, she is wounded. She needs medical attention quickly. I have done my possible for her wounds, but she might be suffering from internal bleeding."
-
Monica stared at them, bewildered.
-
The turquoise-armoured soldiers glanced quickly at each other, then back to the two of them. "Follow us. Quickly." They turn back, beginning to sprint back towards their camp. Tulleesh follows them at their pace, not slowed down in the least by Monica's weight. In his eyes was a focused, caring look. She could tell that in this moment, her safety was what mattered to him.
-
She clung to him, still scared. Despite all her family members telling her she was fearless... She was shaking.
-
He could feel her shaking. He could feel her fear. He looked into her eyes. "Look at me, Monica. I promise that I won't let anything happen to you. I promise." He was confident. He was comforting as well. Since she was so close to him, she could smell him. He smelled of nature, the sweet musk of the fresh, pure air flowing through the foliage of the trees. He smelled of the spring flowers dancing through the grass, filling the air with their sweet perfumes. He smelled... serene.
-
She buried her face in his chest. She wanted it to go away, she wanted to be back home. She wanted to make this never happen... But she couldn't. And if that happened.. She could never meet Tulleesh.
-
He smiles, holding her a bit closely. "Relax, cutie. I can already see the base on the horizon. I'm sure it's safe... you have nothing to be afraid of."
-
"I just... I don't know why I'm here... I'm just scared and I want to go home." She says.
-
"I know what you're saying. I don't have a clue either as to why I'm here. And bloody hell, I wish I did. But for now, all that matters is staying safe. And keeping you safe is just what I'm planning on doing. We'll get through this together." He cracks a smile. "Besides, if we wouldn't have been warped here, we wouldn't have met, wouldn't we?"
describe to me her smell, like I did with him.
-
She smiles back. "Thank you Tulleesh."
-
Edited by Shadlezz: 5/26/2016 4:44:32 AM
can you, pls?
They approach the ferrocrete buildings, bundled together, forming the base. The soldiers returned to their patrols, and Tulleesh walked towards the Medical Building. "We're almost there. Then you can take a nice, hot shower to refresh yourself."
-
Despite the fact she was sweaty, she still had her natural smell, sweet, and light. Like a field of flowers. Fresh, even when she was dirty. "That'd be nice..."
-
Edited by Shadlezz: 5/26/2016 4:44:06 AM
thank you, man.
He smiles. She smelled good. He slowly breathes in her scent as they walk. They reach the door to the medical wing, and he steps in. "Here, I'll try and find you an unoccupied room." After a bit of searching, he finds one, putting her down on a bed. "Erm... do you mind if I change a bit?"
-
"No no it's fine.." She says calmly.
