*Crossbow steps to the side, grazing his shoulder, also bone*
*He aims his crossbow, and it releases two shadowy dragons towards you (Think overwatch)*

[b]Ember unsheathes her sword, and slashes. This releases a shockwave that nullifies the dragons.[/b]

*Crossbow is knocked back, but he gets up and jumps over you, firing a few shots at you*

*Crossbow readies* [i]Damn.[/i]

[b]She activates the both of them. A blue ring forms around one, and an orange ring forms around the other. She throws the blue, then orange dagger.[/b]

*Crossbow avoids both* [i]What are those? Portal daggers?[/i]

[b]Upon hitting something, the blue dagger freezes, and the orange one explodes, leaving only flame behind.[/b]

*Crossbow picks up the orange one, not feeling the burn, and throws it back*

*Crossbow doesn't seem to feel the heat and lunges at you, plunging his iron hot bayonet into your arm*

[b]Ember sidesteps the bayonet, then swings her sword with earth-shattering force.[/b]

*Crossbow attempts to avoid, but gets caught by the blade* *A figure forms from the ground not far from you*

[b]Ember sees the figure through the corner or her eye. She swings her sword in a wide arc around her, creating a shockwave around her.[/b]

*The figure jumps up, and so does Crossbow. Cross doesn't seem to notice him, and fires a few rounds at you*

[b]Ember draws a dagger, and a pink ring forms around it. In the blink of an eye, she throws it at Crossbow.[/b]

*The dagger lands between two of Crossbow's ribs. He fires a lot more rounds at you, circling you to make it harder to hit* *The figure looks as if it wants to fight too*

[b]The dagger violently explodes, knocking everyone caught in the radius back.[/b]

*Crossbow now has a large hole between his ribs.* *The figure walks up* Come on, Cross, if you're gonna fight against someone, learn what they have before fighting them. *The figure eyes you* Name's Mortar.

[b]Ember groans as she gets up.[/b] "Ember."

[b]Ember struggles to her feet as 2 more daggers materialize in her sheathes.[/b] "I guess I do."

Alright. *Mortar turns around to reveal many throwing knives on his back*

[b]Ember activates a dagger, and a grey ring forms around it. She throws it at Mortar.[/b]
