"You can stay... I need some company.."
She says with a smile.

"Oh! Well, in that case, I'll stay right by your side, Monica." He smiles. "It really is a beautiful name."
-
She blushes. "Oh thanks... It was my grandmothers name..." She says with a giggle.
-
"Your grandmother must have been a beautiful woman as well, then. Since it seems you were as gifted."
-
"Stop Tulleesh!" She laughs as she turns her head away to hide the blush.
-
He laughs a bit. "Sorry, Monica. It's in my nature. I've always been flirty. But only with the cutest ones..."
-
She laughs harder. She lightly slaps him on the arm. "You..." She pauses. "Thank you.... For saving me."
-
"Hey, anytime. I can't just let you get hurt, not after I made you a promise." He smiles with serenity.
-
"Mm... My knight in shining armor." She says with a laugh.
Eleanor soon?
-
A knock on the door, before it suddenly comes open. Eleanor rushed into the room, and she wasn't wearing her helmet, which was very rare. Her face bore the marks of her advanced age, they showed wisdom. She didn't have wrinkles, only her crow's feet. Her blonde hair was still as pristine as ever, with some sporadic whitening hairs, maybe one or two. "Monica!" She rushes to embrace her beloved niece.
-
Monica embraces her aunt back. "Aunt Elly! How have you been?!"
-
"Oh my god I've been so worried ever since I heard you were here... you aren't hurt, are you?! Are you alright?!"
-
"My leg got hurt a little bit but it's fine." She says with a smile.
-
She looks over to Tulleesh, and he nods. "Is he the one who brought you here?"
-
"He is... His names Tulleesh." She says, nodding towards him with a smile.
-
"Well then, I would give you a medal if I had any available. All I can offer you is my thanks, for seeing to the safety of my niece." "No thanks needed, ma'am. I was only doing my duty."
-
She smiles. "He's cared for me ever since. Carried me all the way here..."
-
"Carried her? My my, he's a gentleman, that one." He smiles shyly. "Well, it good to see that you're safe, Monica. I wish I could stay longer, but duty calls, I'm afraid. Be a good little angel, alright?" She kisses her on the forehead before leaving.
-
She nods. "Yes Elly!" She says.
-
Tulleedh smiles to her. "She seems like a nice woman. Your uncle knows how to pick women."
-
"Yeah wait until you see him. Ryker... He's... A little eccentric, but he's a nice guy. He's also, what a surprise, protective of me. It runs in the family." She pauses.
-
He chuckles. "Not a bad thing to have in your family, to be honest."
-
"Very true. He can be a little bizarre at times as well..." She says with a laugh. "I hope he's not here... It seems a lot of people are..." As she said that, outside, unknown by them, a man shambled to the entrance. He limped, holding his hand to his chest. He hoped he would be found by a patrol of friendly guards, but if not, he had a weapon in his right hand. His breathing was shallow, and pained.
-
"Well then, I don't kmoe where I'll be staying, but I hope it's nearby." He smiles to her. Meanwhile, a patrol of scions scours the perimeter in search of survivors and threats alike.
-
She smiles back. The man could sense them.
-
"So uh... do you want me to stay or..?" He looks at her. "We could both use a shower, come to think of it."
