The chaperone quest
Bungie need to change the quest. It is impossible for average or below average pvp players to aquire this weapon

3 RepliesWrong, wrong, so wrong ... Wrong again !!!! Life time K/D of 0.8, and I main a titan. I got it It is possible if your way below average. I also got The First Curse on my Titan. and the origonal Thorn quest to using defender titan :(

3 RepliesThere are few strats out there Wait for srl Equip only when u get super or heavy Equip if you are going to win Equip but only use your shotgun scrubness It is harder now that hand cannons got nerfed but those strats don't rely on using the gun

3 RepliesNo, trust me. My K/D is an atrocious .95, and I did it. You just need to find the right match, or equip it just as you're about to win. It's definitely worth the trouble.

I disagree. I'm atrocious at PvP and O got it done. You just need to be careful and be aware of your surroundings. Equip TLW when you have your Super/heavy ammo, mince some people, put TLW away. Rinse, repeat, victory.

This quest is fine. There are strategies for bad players.

It is hard for non pvp players and shouls be changed a bit, for I once had a 2.5 KD and lost 5%. But until they do, just do what NiteFite2474 suggested. It really helps.

I only just finished the TLW part of the quest after about six months. Now I'm up to the Shield Bros part.

I just don't want to have to go into the crucible. Do you know how toxic that place is? They'll call you a scrub no matter what weapon you use.

I'm below average and I got it.

Then just cheese it like the majority of the community did. If you have Last Word equipped at the end of a match and your team wins, you are rewarded 3% just do this 34 times. You could also play smart and adjust to the strengths of the weapon and get kills that way like i did and add that the xp from match wins.
