I got it all in the first four packages. I think the game reads your game play. Kind of solves the algorithms of your play and give u less of what you want. Like I casually got ghorn year one. But I never raided or pvp. So when I finally did it gave me ghorn to keep me interested. I raided this year once and immediately got all desolate gear. Try just running one game mode and mix up the algorithms
